PRRO is Closely Monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The safety of our attendees and guests is our uncompromising priority. We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are regularly receiving information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other government agencies as the situation evolves. Currently, the Super-Regional Meeting has no plans to cancel or postpone the meeting. We will quickly announce any adjustments to our program so that you can maintain confidence in your conference attendance.

Register with Confidence Policy

In order to encourage sick guests to remain at home, we have added a policy to provide a complete refund of registration fees for anyone exhibiting Coronavirus symptoms between September 21 and October 7, 2020.

As the 2020 Super-Regional Meeting approaches, we are going to encourage anyone exhibiting any signs of Coronavirus to forego conference attendance.

Public Radio Regional Organizations is coordinating with the Grand Hyatt Denver to ensure a safe and enjoyable conference.

A Message from the Grand Hyatt Denver

Grand Hyatt Denver would like to ensure that our arriving guests are aware of not only how serious we take this viral threat, but also some of our precautionary measures moving forward. Currently we will be dramatically increasing the number of times our Housekeeping Staff rotates through the lobby and other public areas to ensure we have dedicated the highest level of priority to keeping things clean and sanitized. All of our “high touch areas” are being regularly wiped down with approved disinfectants including the implementation of a disinfected bin for previous used guest room keys to ensure they are properly sanitized prior to being used again. We have also added hand sanitizer stations to our most highly trafficked areas.

As we know that travel during this time can be a bit of a daunting task, our goal is to always ensure that our guests know that we are taking the initiative to be proactive in our duty to “Guest Care” as well as the fact that we are constantly reviving and making those procedures better and more efficient. Globally Hyatt has created and implemented Management Procedures for the COVID-19 Virus to ensure all our Management and First Response teams across the board are knowledgeable and ready to action any abnormal disturbance to our normal operation in regards to the Virus.

Hyatt properties will continue to follow recommended procedures and protocols in an effort to ensure that all hotel practices meet the latest coronavirus guidance. In addition to this, we have also implemented associate guidelines and are not only closely monitoring our own staff for symptoms; but also encouraging them to utilize their sick time when and if they are feeling a bit under.
Thank you all for your loyalty and understanding and know that we would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have directly.
